Dermot O'Reilly has built a career in Marketing. A graduate of Kingston University, London, where he studied Applied Economics, Waterford Institute of Technology and University College Dublin, he started out in manufacturing and engineering companies in England, before returning to Ireland, where he has worked in the arts and non profit sectors. At WIT Dermot completed a one off Higher Diploma in Service Design and Innovation. During this time, he turned his attention to tourism and place branding, completing a thesis on the management of authenticity. He also used this opportunity to work on several projects with local stakeholders and service providers. Dermot also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise from University College Dublin and a Certificate in Design Thinking for Innovation in Business from the University of Virginia.
Bernadette Clancy has a proven record in customer services in a variety of industries. Coming from an accounts background (ACCA), before moving into Innovation following her completion of a Post Graduate Certificate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise at University College Dublin and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business in Management Development at Waterford Institute of Technology. She has seven executive certificates in topics such as Innovation, Lean, Communications, Account Management and Business Strategy for Social Impact. She has worked in the hospitality sector, waste management and international property transactions as well as being a coordinator in stakeholder management. She is a skilled manager and administrator with the ability to deliver on change management programmes. Her innovation skills include customer profiling and creative thinking, while providing structure for implementation of projects and setting up monitoring systems.
